The Névalhaia favors organic products, supply and season permitting, from local and regional producers, of the the Alps, Piedmont and Provence. Wines are from a cellarman from the town of Embrun, favouring wines from the Rhône banks, Provence, and the foothills regions of the Alps.

Breakfast

Breakfast is a very important time at Névalhaia, providing both sustenance for the day as well as pleasure. Breakfast can be eaten in your rooms or at the guest table which is lit up by the early morning sun. Breakfast can be made to meet your requirements and includes bread baked in the best local bakery, artisan jams, freshly baked cakes and biscuits, fruit salad or freshly squeezed juices , various types of cereal, as well as dairy, cheeses and cold meats from Queyras and Ubaye and beyond.

Breakfast is served from 8 am to 11 am.

Dinner

In wintertime, guests may dine at the chalet. Dinner has a set menu and prior reservation is required. Everything is prepared by our very tlented Chef Camille COUDERC, using organic products from sustainable agriculture, supply and season permitting. Wines are from a cellarman from the town of Embrun, favouring wines from the Rhône banks, Provence, and the foothills regions of the Alps.

Dinner is served from 7:30 pm everyday (last time to start being 8:30), excepted Wednesday, with prior reservation

During the summer season, the Table d’hôtes is not open. There are numerous restaurants in the resort, either very next to the hotel 300m away, in the resort centre or in the village of Sainte-Marie which is 5km down the road.
